MyAdvisorData User Terms
Version 2026-10-05.1
Who we are
MyAdvisorData is the service name of the company identified in our Legal Notices, version 2026-10-05.1, at https://myadvisordata.ai/legal/2026-10-05.1 (“we,” “us”). Your organization accepted the MyAdvisorData Partner Access and Privacy Agreement, and that agreement controls for your organization. These terms are your personal commitments. Accepting them does not make you a party to your organization’s agreement.
What you see
For your organization’s approved hierarchy only: carrier, product, full policy number, case status and dates, and the insured’s first name and last initial; nonclinical requirement names, responsible parties and dates; producer name and NPN, contracting and appointment status; SureLC request type, carrier and stage; and submitted and paid case counts by month. Never commission or contract levels, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, health details, notes, documents, or data outside that hierarchy.
Use and sharing
Treat this information as confidential. Use it only to service cases and producer relationships in that hierarchy, on a need-to-know basis, inside your organization and its own agency systems. Do not sell or publish it, export it for any other purpose, create shared assistant links, or send it to a model or system that is not your organization’s or an approved integration. Outside your organization, disclose it only to the producer or agency in the hierarchy that the case or request belongs to, with our prior written approval (which covers the assistant accounts and integrations approved in your organization’s onboarding record), or where the law requires it, telling us first if the law allows. Your acceptance is not an insured’s authorization and cannot waive anyone’s privacy rights.
Your sign-in
Your sign-in is yours alone; do not share it. Protect your credentials and complete every sign-in verification we require, including multifactor authentication where we require it. Tell support@myadvisordata.ai without delay if your credentials may be compromised, if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure involving this service, if your authority changes, or when you leave your organization; your organization must notify us within four hours of discovering a suspected incident. After a report of a departure, compromised credentials or a change of authority, we disable the access we control. We cannot recall information already delivered to an assistant.
Your assistant account
Connect only by the route you confirm below. Keep voluntary training and feedback sharing off. Stop connecting and tell us before you change your assistant account or its settings. Turning training off does not eliminate the assistant provider’s retention or human review. If you connect an assistant, it receives the answers under its own terms, and we receive whatever it puts in its request: the tool it calls, the inputs it passes, the connection details that authenticate it, and anything else it includes. We do not reach into the rest of your conversation. On the web screen no assistant is involved, and each request is still recorded as these terms describe. Do not put conversation text, or anything on the never list above, into a request.
Who processes it
Section 6 of your organization’s agreement names who processes service information and why: our personnel, our cloud and data providers and our development vendor. Approved vendor access may occur from India; U.S. hosting does not mean U.S.-only processing. Send privacy requests to support@myadvisordata.ai.
What we record
For each request we record, among other request details, who asked, which tool or screen was used, a fingerprint of the request (not its text), the outcome and a short reason, how many rows came back, when, and the IP address and client software our service observes, which may be your assistant’s or another intermediary’s rather than your own device. We do not keep the answer or your conversation. Your acceptance record holds this version, the time, your sign-in email, the route you confirmed, your IP address and your browser’s identification. Section 9 of the agreement sets how long we keep records.
Status, not advice
Answers reflect available source records, which may be delayed or incomplete, and are not a live carrier confirmation. No result does not mean there are no outstanding requirements. Confirm material facts, coverage, requirements and deadlines with your relationship contact and the carrier before acting. AI can make mistakes. The service is provided as is and as available, to the extent lawful; that does not erase an express promise in your organization’s agreement. It gives status, not advice, and it does not bind coverage or approve appointments.
Changes and ending access
We may suspend or end your access as section 10 of the agreement allows, and your access ends when your organization’s does. If these terms change, we show you the new version and require your acceptance before you continue.
Read the Partner Access and Privacy Agreement and the Legal Notices.
Confirm the one statement that describes how you connect:
I connect from a Team or Enterprise assistant seat.
I connect from a consumer assistant seat and I have turned model training off before connecting.
I use the web screen at app.myadvisordata.ai only, no assistant.
I have read these terms and I accept them.
